Started Service in January Initial Inspection was probably the most thorough Pest Control Inspection I have ever had. Didn’t try to over sell anything. As an out-of-state real estate investor I was unaware raccoons (in Georgia at least) could literally punch into homes, set up residence, etc. And so when my tenant called screaming for help I reluctantly began calling local pest control services. The issue was wrapped up without too much fanfare, the damage sealed, the tenant bursting with gratitude, and the final invoice was exactly what the original estimate was. This is apparently a kind of complex problem with legal considerations, wildlife monitoring, etc., but it was all taken care of with speed and professionalism. I hope I don’t need their services again, but if I do I’m definitely going Covenant.
